I found this print on the contents page of The Image of Christ, by Neil Mcgregor, the catalogue of the exhibition, Seeing Salvation.
He attributes it to Theofore Galle (1571-1633)Flemish engraver. I haven’t had time to look for much more info, but like you find it fascinating.
